The Southside Community Center respects your and your children's privacy, and would never act in such a way to compromise it. We will never sell any information to third parties.
The only personal information we collect about you or your children is that which you or your children voluntarily provide. For example, when you register your child for the Southside Community Center, online or offline, we ask for your child's name, your address, email address, phone number, as well as other personal information. We also may collect personal information during phone calls as well as via e-mail. You may choose to not provide any information that is requested of you by us, however, this may limit your ability to use our services.
Southside Community Center staff may access personal information at any time for record-keeping purposes, as well as to find information regarding phone numbers, e-mail addresses, allergy / medical information, etc to better serve you and your child.
We shall comply with any laws requiring our disclosure of any information required.
Collection and Storage
We store personal information in both hard-copy form (when originating from hard-copy) and digital. We use services to organize and store personal information for various record-keeping purposes, including Google's G-Suite as well as Microsoft's OneDrive cloud document and storage systems. Companies, schools, hospitals, governments, and many other organizations use these systems for record-keeping and data storage. We are currently undergoing a switch from OneDrive to G-Suite, and will update this page when that is completed.
All information stored on G-Suite and OneDrive is subject to their privacy policies, as well as security. We would never act in such a way to intentionally compromise your personal information and privacy.
